I'm 66 and often the oldest person in my yoga practice. (You?) My hair is white and I've got wrinkles. Yet the energy that yoga provides is a key element in keeping my head and heart clear and my body (mostly) limber. I require yoga, a few times a week.

I treasure my local yoga studio. And sometimes, when I can't get there, the computer gives me an assist. I really enjoy Adriene's classes. Adriene Mishler is an actress, yoga teacher and entrepreneur from Austin, Texas. She's in her thirties, but her teaching addresses all ages, genders, and body types. I'm grateful to be able to browse her offerings and find the kind of class that meets my needs on a given day.

How do you make it easy to practice? What do you look for in a teacher? What kind of practice space inspires you? I'm interested.
